| (...) On the subject of the 8446 green crane, it's interesting to see that it makes use of many pieces from the Slizer-line: (URL) uses Slizer feet as headrests and light holders. | (...) This may not work as well on translucent, as even though you get the surface to tactilely and reflectivly be the same, it may still be a bit fogged. Worth a shot though, and sure to work on solid color pieces. (26 years ago, 25-Dec-98, to lugnet.general)

| I'm excited to check out my regular Wal-Mart due to what I heard some Lego reps discussing. Back in the beginning of Dec. there were 3 reps there setting up a Duplo train display and they were basically in awe as to how much Lego this Wal-Mart had (...)
