Hey Starship gang!

Just posted yet another ship to await registration for whenever things get back
and going again.

And, I was wondering if I could start this ship (the P'hek) in another SM's
sector. I would like, if it is okay with you Andrew, and with the Vice GM
Richard, to start this ship's adventures in the Helix sector. Andrew might have
a forwarning to this from another ship's action e-mail, the Bat. I am trying to
tone down the ol' military production that I can't seem to get off of by
building me some traders to fill the ranks of the ITA and do some adventures
through that. Also, I am working on a major science vessel, (this will be my
fifth attempt at trying to build this darn thing.) But, that is neither here or
now.

So, if it would be okay, I'd like to start the P'hek and Captain Sneef in the
Helix sector. Let me know what you think, Andrew and Richard.
