Hear all, and come all, Sector Leaders, Mediators, Ambassadors.
The Cratha Imperium invites and welcomes all Leaders and Ambassadors of the
various powers of the galaxy to the planet Cruan'atan.
Due to the recent events of the Cratha Imperium shortly after first contact,
there has been a great discussion at to the Cratha Imperium's use of automated
probes.
Without knowing or realizing the fact, the Imperium has misstepped the galactic
community. For this, the Cratha Imperium is now willing to initiate a treaty, a
convention, for determining the future of automated probes, vessels, automatons
in the galaxy.
It is hoped that this convention can determine what use such vessels shall have,
if any at all. From this treaty that shall bind the galaxy much in the manner of
the Treaty of Spraw, which determines manned vessels across the galaxy, all
automated vessels, or vessels that are not crewed by organic beings or sentient
artificial life, shall be either limited and regulated or done away with as to
be determined by the council that will be formed from the Mediators,
Ambassadors, and Leaders present.
The council will put forth its wishes, which will be discussed by the council.
Then, when agreed upon, the council will vote and ratify a convention that will
be effective from that date forward throughout all of the galaxy on the use and
limitation of automated vessels.
Since the Cratha Imperium has broached this matter, it will proudly, as a sign
of peace, host this convention on the Cratha home world of Cruan'atan.
