Re: Question for Hendo Regarding Val_Central

(...) Ok, like I said, there's no rush on 'em. I just wanna see explosions! -Dan (21 years ago, 31-Jul-03, to lugnet.gaming.starship, FTX)

  Re: Decommisioning Question

(...) Yes. That is how I interpret the rules. It would be good if the decommissioning happens in-game too, though. For example, the ship might fly and return home (if possible) before being retired to open up its slots. -GM Hendo (21 years ago, 31-Jul-03, to lugnet.gaming.starship, FTX)

Re: Question for Hendo Regarding Val_Central

(...) Hey Dan et al, I'm just about out of steam for today (Wednesday), but my priority for Thursday evening is all Starship. So Galactic emails and my SM emails will be sent before the weekend. :) Cheers, -GM Hendo (21 years ago, 31-Jul-03, to lugnet.gaming.starship, FTX)

  Re: Speaking of happier weblinks

(...) I can imagine it reincarnating in somebody's backyard or in some random sector or something, that be pretty funny...."UFS Valach reappears somewhere in A-1 of Outer Rim." Sean (21 years ago, 31-Jul-03, to lugnet.gaming.starship)

  Re: Speaking of happier weblinks

(...) Actually, that week's email was rather rushed, so I didn't have time to role-play it well. I may re-incarnate the ship for the revised Helix adventure, and after that you might want it back. The exact nature of the Anomaly was never well (...) (21 years ago, 30-Jul-03, to lugnet.gaming.starship)

  Decommisioning Question

Good mornin'. Hope you all had a good night's rest. I have a question about decommisioning ships. If a ship is decommisioned, do all the slots used for the ship open up? (For instance, if I decommisioned my Icewind, would I recieve one HQ propulsion (...) (21 years ago, 30-Jul-03, to lugnet.gaming.starship, FTX)

  Re: Speaking of happier weblinks

(...) Yea Richard you can update it to 'The UFS Valach was destroyed in Helix Sector when it came into contact with a stellar anomaly. All 13 crewmen were killed instantly, may they rest in peace.' (21 years ago, 30-Jul-03, to lugnet.gaming.starship)

  Question for Hendo Regarding Val_Central

Hi Hendo. Just wondering when the Valyance emails will go out next. No rush, but I'm so anxious; that storyline is brewing rather well. -Dan (21 years ago, 30-Jul-03, to lugnet.gaming.starship, FTX)

Re: Speaking of happier weblinks (repost from Jeffrey Shaw)

(...) Sounds like a fine plan to me. According to my records, the following are former Starship vessels no longer in service: -UFS Valach. Blown up at Helix. -KMS Dragonslayer. Destroyed at Spraw. -The Legacy. Decomissioned. -Hendo (21 years ago, 29-Jul-03, to lugnet.gaming.starship)

  Re: Andrew?

(...) Odd, I seem to have the new address on some documentation, but not other. My mistake... As for the Monkey, well it's on course to the Grave Belt, but it is a mighty slow vessel. You might expect something important in several weeks' time... ;o (...) (21 years ago, 29-Jul-03, to lugnet.gaming.starship)

Re: Speaking of happier weblinks (repost from Jeffrey Shaw)

(...) In email while awaiting posting rights for Lugnet, Jeffrey Shaw wrote: Sorry for the off list, but I can't post to Lugnet yet... I think we could dedicate a special web page for those who have met a shiny end... Please see what everyone else (...) (21 years ago, 29-Jul-03, to lugnet.gaming.starship)

  Re: Andrew?

(...) No, you have the wrong address. I changed over to hotmail a while back because of my website's change of address. Here's the new address: lego_dude9@hotmail.com Take your time with the Monkey--it'll be some time before the emails contain (...) (21 years ago, 29-Jul-03, to lugnet.gaming.starship)

  Re: Speaking of happier weblinks

(...) Seems to me appropriate that we could immortalise lost ships (lost in the game). I have deleted the weblink for the ship and captain, updated the pic from the better quality Hammerhead source, and added your sentence on Valach having met a (...)   Andrew?

Hey Andrew, I got a bounce back from my email regarding galactic movement of the Salvage Monkey. (I sent to lego_dude@anglefire.com). Did you get it, or did I perhaps use the wrong address? -GM Hendo (21 years ago, 28-Jul-03, to lugnet.gaming.starship)

Re: Speaking of unhappy weblinks (and possible deletions from the registry)

(...) Freedom Falcon/War Hawk (URL) Hammerhead (URL) for the UFS Valach, they met a very shiny fate awhile back in Helix, do you still want it registered just with a fate and stuff or do you wanna just delete it? Hasta la Vista, Sean (...) (21 years ago, 27-Jul-03, to lugnet.gaming.starship)

Speaking of unhappy weblinks (and possible deletions from the registry)
