I'm wondering if you're suffering some confusion because you're trying to
use the Troop Scorer (designed for BrikWars) with James Brown's Lego Wars
(an unrelated game)?
In any case, I'll answer as best I can -
CC Bonus stands for Close Combat bonus and is described near the end of 3.2:
Close Combat ( http://www.brikwars.com/brikwars/3.htm#2 ).
UR stands for Usage Rating and is described in 1.4: Basic Combat (
http://www.brikwars.com/brikwars/1.htm#4 ).
