...yea... I was thinking of making the weapons mods simple like '+1TH' or cheaper for -1"
move... so a force could have unique weapons... but 'encourage' the designer to
standardize on one or two weapons for his whole army to try desperately to avoid paper
during the game (and as little paper before hand as possible too). Im going to rework to
vehicle things to make them easier to just play... (which was the idea afterall...)
...you can go back to ignoring me now...
