Alright, much to Jason's relief, I have given the rules some thought. Here is what I got so far. We use the rules that Jason has up so far on the web site about calculating how big each player's faction's forces will be. Other than that, we use (...) (20 years ago, 18-Jan-05, to lugnet.gaming)
