  Re: More Butters Fun

(...) snip (...) Your original Butters is pretty nice, and seems pretty accurate. That shuriken scene was so wrong, but so funny. Great job! My first MOC after getting back into Lego was a sculpture too, but I was quickly lured back into making (...) (20 years ago, 30-Nov-04, to lugnet.fun, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, FTX)

  More Butters Fun

The following is my original post announcing Butters: (...) Butters was meant for Hobby Show 2003, but due to a miscommunication I missed that event... But we made it to Hobby Show 2004 (Good show guys!), which means it has done what it was built (...) (20 years ago, 30-Nov-04, to lugnet.build.sculpture, lugnet.fun, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, FTX)

Re: Tim Courtney's slow slide toward the dark side

(...) Maybe so, but since you're still in such heavy denial, I figured that you would't be able to bring yourself to browse that group. Dave! (20 years ago, 12-Nov-04, to lugnet.fun, FTX)

Tim Courtney's slow slide toward the dark side

Coming to driveways of overpaid individuals: the International CXT7300 truck

International presents: The CXT7300 Truck : (URL) told me about this the other day, but above is the product brochure. I must say, it's about as beautiful as a Pontiac Aztek (and maybe a Honda Element of M-blocks), and probably about as useful as a (...) (20 years ago, 14-Sep-04, to lugnet.fun)

  The Shrinking Canadian Dollar

(URL) OK, I knew the Canadian dollar bought less than an American dollar, but c'mon... the truck on the right is from Canada, the truck on the left isn't. [1] Kelly [1] This is a parody and is not intended to be taken seriously by Canadians, clone (...)   An ode to the new colours.

When I built and subsequently took apart the new X-Wing I didn't even think to actually check whether the grays and brown were old or new. I just assumed they were new, like in the other new SW sets. So into my new gray/brown tub the pieces went! At (...) (20 years ago, 8-Sep-04, to lugnet.color, lugnet.fun)
