Brickshelf.Com doesn't have the set (#6706) because it has been released after
1997. To quote the site: "...due to self-imposed restrictions, we do not
have instructions for sets released in 1997 or later."
Your next-best bet is to see if anyone has a copy they are willing to sell,
trade, or just plain give away. The newsgroup lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade
might be a good place to ask if someone is willing to do so. Alternatively,
you can try to convince someone to put a copy into a Jambalaya box that you
are in line for. Give the newsgroup lugnet.market.jambalaya a look.
However, looking at the size of the set, it seems you can pretty much build it
without the instructions... ;-)
Cheers,
