The problem with it is that although it places the syllabic emphasis on "lug," it still gives "net" its own prominence by its being a different type-case. Another reason the capitalization "LUGNet" is icky is because it has a higher chance of being mispronounced similar to "PSINet" and other similar names. If you remember those PSINet (...)
