  Re: autoFAQpost /general/~u.can_i_use_lugnet_name_or_logo.en.faq

Why would you mention not putting AFOL and LUGNET on the same shirt? What's the connection? Is there some kind of general rule about mixing non-trademarks with trademarks? (...) (25 years ago, 16-Jul-99, to lugnet.faq)

Re: how to cancel a message (was Re: [MindStorms FAQ 4.3 How do I make a temperature sensor?]

Thank you for that excellent and appropriately formatted reply! I use the web interface to do everything because I'm not going to bother my firewall administrator with a request to set up NNTP proxy (or whatever he'd have to do to get it to work). - (...) (25 years ago, 16-Jul-99, to lugnet.faq)

Robert Munafo: (...) The HTML-to-text converter already exists (lynx -dump), and it inserts footnote-like[1] references in the text, so there isn't a serious need for repeating URL's as plain text. Play well, Jacob ---...--- -- E-mail: (...) (25 years ago, 16-Jul-99, to lugnet.faq)

I can't take credit for any of the text shown here. But I can point out that it looks like the brake fluid idea has not been panning out, it damages the ABS, and that several people have reported success with various types of rubbing compounds or (...) (25 years ago, 16-Jul-99, to lugnet.faq)

Okay, I've got a little more on the BLOCKQUOTE issue now. I had to load the entire newsgroup on my local machine and use my special MIRA tools to search it in order to figure this out. Here are the only non-Robert-Munafo FAQ answers that use (...) (25 years ago, 15-Jul-99, to lugnet.faq)
