Aaron, Set-Up is officially 8am to noon Friday. However, it is extremely
unlikely that set-up will be completed until later in the day. We set the time
(in addition to Thursday set-up) to enable actual Convention activities to begin
Friday afternoon.
As for the Monorail and Moonway stuff, you should ask either Daniel Brown
(legohamletAThotmailDOTcom) or Tony Hafner (tonyAThafheadDOTcom).
