Monorail and Moonway at NWBC: Question?

I was planning on bringing Moonway track and monorail with me, but won't be
there until too late for setup on Thursday. Will we still be setting up Friday
morning? Or should I ship the track ahead of me?
Vice versa, I have to leave about midday on Sunday, so will I be able to take my
track with me, or should we coordinate for someone to mail it back to me?
Here's what I have to contribute:
Monorail:
8 curves, 4 straight, 2 sets of ramps, 4 shorts, 1 left and 1 right turnout set.
3 half stanchions, and 16 full stanchions, and 1x4 plates for connecting them.
Moonway (Racer)
4 straight, 8 curves, 6 ramps, 2 curved Wyes, and 4 angled Vee turnouts, and
technic pins for joining.

| (...) Aaron, Set-Up is officially 8am to noon Friday. However, it is extremely unlikely that set-up will be completed until later in the day. We set the time (in addition to Thursday set-up) to enable actual Convention activities to begin Friday (...) (17 years ago, 29-Sep-07, to lugnet.events.nwbrickcon)
