As part of setting up the schedule for NWBrickCon, I need to know if you plan to
host a presentation. This can be in the form of a round-table discussion, a
semi-to-formal class, a demonstration, whatever. If you would like to present, I
need the following information emailed ( eskimo-2@comcast.net ) to me:
Your Name
The name or topic of your presentation
How long your presentation will take (approximately)
Whether your presentation requires special equipment (other than tables and
chairs)
Whether your presentation will need both classrooms (they are adjacent) - this
also means that we'll be adjusting schedules slightly to minimize interference
Which time block(s) (from the following list) you prefer.
Friday (setup all day) Saturday Sunday
1pm - 2pm 8am - 9am 8am - 9am
2pm - 3pm 9am - 10am 9am - 10am
3pm - 4pm 10am - 11am* 10am - 11am*
4pm - 5pm 11am - 12pm* 11am - 12pm*
5pm - 6pm 12pm - 1pm* 12pm - 1pm*
7pm - 8pm 1pm - 2pm* 1pm - 2pm*
8pm - 9pm 2pm - 3pm* 2pm - 3pm*
9pm - 10pm 3pm - 4pm* 3pm - 4pm*
10pm - 11pm 9pm - 10pm 4pm - 12am
11pm - 12am 10pm - 11pm teardown
11pm - 12am
Notes:
Time slots are made available for Friday afternoon - although some people may
not be able to join the presentation due to setting up
* Public hours (Saturday and Sunday only) If you want these times, you will be
presenting to the public (maybe a few Con Attendees, too ;-)
Friday gaming - open to whoever wants to, from whenever they want to (of course
set up may cause disruptions)
Saturday gaming (between 8am and 10am and after 4pm) - open to whoever wants to
Sunday gaming - same as Saturday (of course most people will begin teardown at
4:01pm....)
4pm - 5pm Saturday and Sunday - scheduled break (no formal activities planned)
6pm - 7pm Friday and Saturday - scheduled break (no formal activities planned)

Saturday 7pm - 9pm Seth Rotkin - Animation Exhibition
