Tom Cook, Member of WAMALUG and WAMALTC, has agreed to be the Train Coordinator
for Brickfest 2002. If you would like to present a seminar or clinic, would
like to set up any kind of train display or be part of the "community" train
display, or have any ideas please contact Tom
He is planning model contents similar to NMRA procedures. For example there
will be categories for "6 wide" and "8 wide" (if there are enough entries) such
as:
Steam Engine
Diesel, Electric and Traction
Freight Car
Passenger Car
Caboose Car
Non-Revenue Car
Structure, Online
Structure, Offline
Diorama
Also he is planning as Switching Puzzle Game utilizing John Allen's Timesaver
design.
Judging will be done by an independent group and model ownership will be
anonymous, until after the judging is complete. Of course there will be prizes
for each category.
