I think he means that if he were to build a town, it would have a train
station/line in it. I do not think he is saying that "Train" is part of
"Town". For a long time I have thought (and said) that Train needs to move
away from Town a little. I have suggested, in the past, that Lego should
consider an adventures train... or perhaps even a western or space one. I
suppose it could be argued that they have taken a tiny step that way with
the HP set. A tiny step.
