I’ve had a few people email me asking what’s up with all of the mom jokes
and the references to my sainted mother here on LUGNET.

Geez, how much booze did it take for her to go home with you? Anyway, it’s
funny you mention spotlighting, since your mom was under the spotlight
earlier this evening as well. Here’s a tip for everyone: Tim’s mom is an
old-fashioned gal, so you should stick with the dollar bills and not the
Sacagawea coins. Although watching how she picked the coin up was pretty
cool.

I’ll say she’s old fashioned, she kept demanding Confederate scrip rather than
all this “new-fangled folding malarkey”. At least that’s what I think she
said... it was hard to understand her without her teeth in.
Fortunately her eyesight wasn’t up to spotting the Monopoly money. She’s not
quite as feisty as Derek’s mom, and she drools a little more, but at least I’m
saving five bucks a month.
