Do you have a wheeled folding cart? I've done the Metro with that much stuff,
even without a cart... It's not fun but it IS doable. Especially then which is
non-rush. People are pretty understanding and will give you a hand or get out of
the way, most of the time.

Certainly a cab will be less hassle though.

Hope that's helpful. (yes, all the platforms are high level, this is
heavyrail/subway style transit, not light rail where you climb on from street
level...)
