Hi all, I just thought I'd mention that I have an extra 15" globe built
after this event:

The globe is a duplicate of my creation as detailed here:

Since I've actually built this second globe twice, now (the first time
to hand draw building schematics), I figured, instead of taking it apart
again, I'd just bring it to Brickfest and see if someone wants to buy it
for a relatively cheap price (maybe $100, I dunno... make me an offer).
Anyway... while I'm typing about BF, lemme go ahead and mention other
stuff since I'm so ill-prepared for the event (I haven't even thought
about hotels yet); I better write stuff up while I'm composing this email.
1) As of now I'm expecting to host two presentations: one about LEGO
Pentominoes (and related puzzles), and one about LEGO mosaics (I should
have at least 5 mosaics of different styles on display -- likely the
ones I showed at UCSD earlier this year). Hope there is interest in both
of these topics... I'll feel silly speaking to an empty room.
2) For those coming from the Southeast (James, et al.), yes, I would
love to caravan up as we did a couple of years ago. Email me or call to
arrange specifics.
