We need to have a community meeting like the one that spawned Moonbase.
Perhaps to revisit the standard and expand the possiblities. Come up with
ideas for sub modules and Moonbase Outposts and other things. I’ll be
willing to ‘host’ this, but like last year it was a rather informal thing.
How many spacers are comin’?
Any other ideas? Don’t want this to get lost in the current postin’ fray.

I second the idea of a community meeting. I think a more formalized discussion
would be helpful, but if the Moonbase resulted from what you described Chris,
then I say go for a laissez-faire arrangement.
In regards to other ideas, I would like to discuss the concept of retrofitting
the essence of some space parts to fit an evolved medievalism and incorporate a
type of chivalry. I have a desktop poster I found last year that illustrates
this idea to a degree that I could add to Brickshelf, except I don’t know who
the artist’s name.
And in terms of this being lost in the disarray, maybe
followups should be sent to .space because 1) Felix’s original is already
“setback” 2) I’m not sure if a lot of spacers will check .Brickfest if they
don’t know of this discussion

| I'm pulling this back to .space... (...) You're both kind of commenting on the same thing, I think. The meeting will be about as formal as we spacers usually get... which is laissez-faire. I've submitted requests for a round-table on the future of (...) (21 years ago, 13-Jun-03, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.space, FTX)
