In particular the peninsula connecting MichLTC to the rest of the oval doesn't have to be all yard, although it has 4 tracks on it there is still room for one baseplate wide buildings, and with the extra tables that LUCNY is (...) (...) I don't think there is a DDR or even an DDA. It may not work well in the main (2nd floor public area) layout... Going on sale at Brickfest this year is my first foray into custom kit design, the (URL) SpiderBike>.
