I know that it was pointed out at one point that even in 2000, the facility was NOT free (I had been under that impression, and I know when conversation started about BF2001, perhaps even (...) I had no recollection of the fees, and was just going by (URL) exchange> - which I thought pertained to the registration, but since there was a fee in 2001, they must have meant that the space was (...)
