Just to inject some facts into the discussion, Virgin Blue have flights for that weekend: $105 between Sydney and Melbourne $139 between Brisbane and Melbourne $95 between Adelaide and Melbourne $85 between Hobart and Melbourne $215/$240 between (...) (...) I agree that $50 is quite cheap. In fact, compared to the total it will cost to attend (the +travel and +accomodation), $50 is very reasonable indeed. (...) Thanks for your comments Peter. We have no physical welcome mat planned, but unfortunately exhibition space in Melbourne does not come cheap.
