On Saturday January 31st and Sunday February 1st, NCLUG and NCLTC will exhibit at the 5th annual LEGOPalooza at the Morehead Planetarium in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. This is a free event. (...) No. There's a trick that someone came up with where you slip a rare-earth magnet between the two magnetic couplers of adjacent cars. It results in a much stronger coupling than you'd get with standard magnets, but it doesn't require special (...) (17 years ago, 28-Jan-09, to lugnet.events.brickworld)

Questions: 1. "Coupling will done with Lego's standard magnets at Lego's standard height. High power magnets will be used to prevent uncoupling." Aren't those two sentences mutually exclusive? 2.
