  Re: Discount at local stores?

(...) If 10 - 15% is the dividing line, then you should probably leave room in your luggage. The discount Brickworld registrants will receive is a tiered discount of up to 25%. The tiers are: 1. Up to $99.99 – 10% Off 2. $100 – $149.99 – 20% Off 3. (...) (17 years ago, 19-Jun-07, to lugnet.events.brickworld, FTX)

  Discount at local stores?

Bryan, Can you indicate anything about whether we might expect a very significant discount at the local LEGO store? (say more than 10-15%.) I'm trying to decide whether to leave space for bricks in my luggage for the way back, or bring some extra (...) (17 years ago, 19-Jun-07, to lugnet.events.brickworld, FTX)

  Directions

To All, Greetings - I am getting ready for Brickworld, and I am curious as the best way to get to the hotel from the northern part of Indiana - I know a lot of things are under construction right now, so if any locals would know an ideal route, feel (...)   Re: Brickworld 2007 - Indy 5.00

(...) That appears to be a typo. The track fits on a FLL table, so it's a 44"x92" inch oval. And the lane is about 2ft wide. It's pretty easy to build and program a robot for this event. It just needs to follow a specific shade (actual value will (...) (17 years ago, 17-Jun-07, to lugnet.events.brickworld, lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Brickworld 2007 - Indy 5.00

(...) Seems clear to me :) there will be magic.... Actually - looks like a really wacky typo. Hopefully Steve H or Brian D jumps in to clarify for certain. But, I believe the full track layout is 4' x 8'. So, the track itself is just under 2' wide. (...) (17 years ago, 17-Jun-07, to lugnet.events.brickworld, lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Brickworld 2007 - Indy 5.00

(...) Okay, I'm confused. How can an 8' x 10' track be centered on a 4' by 8' surface? What is the actual width of the track? If the whole track fits on a 4' x 8' surface, then I would assume the width must be less then 2'. Gus (17 years ago, 17-Jun-07, to lugnet.events.brickworld, lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Brickworld Registration Deadline Extended

(...) Just a heads-up to anyone who might not have noticed: I was just checking out the Brickworld site and noticed that the Brickworld folks have extended their deadline for registration and, perhaps even better, the hotel has extended the deadline (...)
