Update from the ME Models Crew concerning the Event Kits- They are in the mail. People who ordered and paid were shipped first, those who ordered and requested to be invoiced, please check your e-mail...the invoices are in there. For those who did (...) Hi all, Because I have to keep track of events for BrickJournal, I started maintaining a calendar (URL) here.> This calendar has been created using information from as many websites I could find on both LUGNET and LEGOFan. As always there are fresh and exciting MOCs in both new and existing catagories. The public were overly impressed (as usual). But what keeps me coming back to LEGO AFOL events are the people; the reunion-like atmosphere of the AFOLs and the amazed (...) (18 years ago, 12-Oct-06, to lugnet.events.nwbrickcon)

At (URL) NWBrickCon2006> I showed my first ever multi-colored sculpture. It was a part of the moonbase display. It was an 8 foot tall cone with a bulging red stripe spiraling up the side. But the red stripe is structural. It’s not just tacked on the (...) I have been in contact with ME Models (actually they contacted me about it) concerning this - they had issues getting some parts ond only got them in the past two weeks - since then they have been working on getting things packed and sent.
