| | | There is a Duplo set with just the truck, (green and yellow car with a green hopper thingy on the back), and a yellow 2*1*2 pic brick of a garbage can and a figure, if I recall correctly he has a red cap and a red top with the same recycling symbol (...) (24 years ago, 2-May-01, to lugnet.duplo)

I have the "refuse" brick (which for some reason I didn't associate with the truck when sorting my find) but I don't have the figure to go with it. Most of the figures that I ended up with are the (...) (24 years ago, 2-May-01, to lugnet.duplo)
