Might you mean 2821, perhaps? I did a search for duplo dinosaurs

and this was the closest number to the one you quoted. There isn't a bucket,
but there is a tub, 2603, which is a large rectangular plastic box with lid.
(I, or rather my little girl, has one.) 2821 looks like a nice set, lots of
special pieces including a purple T-Rex baby.
