Todd's not stupid, so while I think he may be more inclined to make
LUGNET an extremely TLC-friendly place policy-wise, I seriously
doubt he'd implement policies that basically go against the entire
grain of the WWW.
This one part of Lego's official response is silly, we all know it.
We can't expect Brad (or probably any high-level administrative
type) to get that right off the bat, but they have people working
for them who ought to.
'Course, they have people designing their websites to rule out large
numbers of viewers while doing boneheaded things like leaving
non-public images out in public view too. :/
