I have a German 1968 catalog.  Some of the Parts Packs have ...... you guessed
it. TILES!  They had 3 different sets:  red/white tiles, blue/yellow tiles, and
black/grey tiles.  This had the 1x1, 1x2 and 2x2 (I didn't see the 1x2 with
central stud though).  We need these sets again!!!  I personally have a large
number of tiles, but that was thanks to those Homemaker sets from 1979-82 (and
now I have a lot of those bookcases, cupboards, vanities and faucets).

Bring back the tiles parts packs!

You used to be able to get Tile packs from Dacta.  I don't have the set# on
hand, but I have ordered several of tile packs in the past.

Dear LEGO,

Isn't there ANY way we could get packs of tiles from Shop at Home?
Those illustrations in the "World of LEGO Toys" books look so great with
all the tiles that I'd love to be able to buy packs of them, and try my
own hand at something similar.

Except, you probably aren't even bothering to read this, are you?

Sigh.
