The cord that connects the Trains speed regulator to the wall outlet is made in China for the LEGO Group. (25 years ago, 5-Sep-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.trains, lugnet.dear-lego)

I experienced two LEGO "firsts" a couple of weeks ago - I visited the local Zany Brainy store for the first time to check out their LEGO selection and while there I discovered the first sets that I had seen stamped with the words I cringe at, "MADE (...) (25 years ago, 5-Sep-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.duplo, lugnet.dear-lego) !!

(...) <clip> (...) I have to agree with Tim. If the Shop@Home prices were more reasonable, more bulk (Sam's Club) prices, then I would spend my money there.
