  Farm Yard idea

(URL) link is the end of a thread which is largely a rant, but some good points were brought up including this - Farm animals! Pink Pigs, brown cows, tan/white/grey sheep with little black faces, chickens, ducks, etc. And new "farm" foliage to (...) (23 years ago, 10-Aug-01, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.dear-lego)

(...) My son, who was building Red Beard Runners at 6 or 7, likes the Bionicles. Not really much as a building experience, but they seem to capture his imagination. He really enjoyed putting together the Guarded Inn and thought it an excellent set, (...) (23 years ago, 10-Aug-01, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.dear-lego)

(...) Dinosaurs and bricks? I don't remember bricks in the dinosaur sets. Maybe I missed a set, but the ones I've seen have a dino body, two sets of legs, a tail, and a head. None of these are what I would term bricks. Just me being picky. ; ) The (...) (23 years ago, 10-Aug-01, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.dear-lego)

(...) From what I see, Bionicle is doing great. Whoever is buying it (kids who would never have otherwise played with LEGO, or kids already captivated by LEGO, but looking for something more than building yet another fire station), it has a positive (...) It seems every time this subject comes up, lots of people have stories and opinions on how Lego should run things, and I'm no different. :) I was in a store the other day and I overheard a boy who was about 4 asking his mom for the Lego NASCAR (...) (...) Bionicle (and the whole Throwbot/Roborider/Droid theme) is revitalizing Technic in the same way that 1979 space revitalized town. I remember getting a few space sets, and I kept them in a separate box from my police station and windmill. They (...) (23 years ago, 10-Aug-01, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.dear-lego)
