I checked a portion of the text which leads me to think there have been some
changes:
- there is no longer a missing/not done section;
- the naming convention for catalogs isn't there: I think I recall once
seeing one, but where is it?
Plus, now I've found another naming issue: how to name catalogs from the
"baltic states", Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania?
