Hi everyone, Is there support to start an alternate model database on Brickshelf.com for example? BTW I am not talking about the 'official' alternate models by TLC, although that could also be done. We could add alternate models to each set or set (...) (24 years ago, 10-Jan-02, to lugnet.db.scans)

Mere minutes ago, the local S@H rep (UPS driver) delivered some items I ordered from S@H. Inside a 5860, I found a catalog from 1994 which appears to be a japaneese or possibly a pacific rim catalog. Every page has both english and japaneese (...) (24 years ago, 20-Dec-01, to lugnet.db.scans)

Wow! The OCR technology is amazing, but unfortunately they diddn't put much effort into the scans themselves. The issue of scan quality is sure to resurface, as long as print media shows up online. The ultimate solution is to export images at the (...) (24 years ago, 17-Dec-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.db.scans)

Thank you all for responding my query about the Lego catalogs from the 70's. I'm happy that my hobby from childhood is interesting for someone. With such an interest, maybe I should put it in the Museum?... Anyway, "the winner" is... Dan Boger! to (...) (24 years ago, 13-Nov-01, to lugnet.db.scans)

I came across a small collection of Lego catalogs & brochures from ~72-75 which were somehow kept in my parent's home. They are in English, Hebrew, Danish (I think) and some multiple-language. If someone is interested in this (for the cost of (...) (24 years ago, 10-Nov-01, to lugnet.db.scans)

Hello, I found pictures for 2 Duplo sets that show as no pic available. They are posted here. (URL) are <set:510_3 510> & <set:513 513> . The pic for <set:512 512> is different, so I included it to. I also found pics for 011, 022, 033 etc. Several (...) (25 years ago, 1-Jul-01, to lugnet.db.scans)
