I am compiling some set piece inventories and wonder many things. Steve Bliss pointed me to some lists of part names - thanks. But I was also wondering about the format for such a list. Is it a matter of personal taste ? My preference is either (...) (25 years ago, 27-Mar-99, to lugnet.db.inv)

(...) I've been doing simple text-lists, on the assumption that (a) comma-delimited is too hard to read, and (b) tab-delimited posts could end up with the tabs being munged to spaces. So I figured that fixed-width, spaces-filled lists would be the (...) (25 years ago, 29-Mar-99, to lugnet.db.inv)

Interesting. So the white and transparent parts take the 30208 number, while the "metallic" versions take another number. In other cases, don't the transparent versions of a part use different numbers than the "regular" opaque versions? -John Van (...) (25 years ago, 30-Mar-99, to lugnet.db.inv)
