It's not in either dictionary.com or m-w.com (I really need to get my books out of storage. . .) and a Google search on (...) (20 years ago, 18-Feb-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, lugnet.db.brictionary)

None of the helmets have chin straps, because that would have to go under the chin.) On a side note, are those supposed (...)
