Is anyone else with a contribution icon experiencing an omission of the Next link in their Brickshelf galleries? The next links in my brickshelf galleries don't appear to be working: (URL) folder has many more images. If you manually put the page (...) (...) Good question! I sent a catalog scan two months ago and it hasn't appeared at the catalogs folder. I'd like to know how old is the first scan that appears at the "What's new in the Scan Library". It's for sure more than two months old. Best (...) (20 years ago, 15-Jun-04, to lugnet.db.scans)

Back in 2001 the LEGO Shop-at-Home catalog showed "instructions" for building a schoolhouse with bulk packs. I can't find my 2001 catalogs. Can someone who has one please scan that page for me? Russell (21 years ago, 27-Apr-04, to lugnet.db.scans, lugnet.inst, lugnet.year.2001, lugnet.town)

| | Is this a LEGO brick?

(URL) Is this a LEGO brick or a clone brand? It's a 1 x 1 with one stud on side without the lip like the headlight brick. I have several of these that come in a lot I won on eBay but I couldn't find it on Peeron. They seem to be LEGO but there were (...) (...) Hmm ... I looked at that Peeron list, and it seems all the small Clikits bits are called 'icons.' Strange, but I've seen stranger [1]. When I look at the above three, I think female adapter, male adapter, and backing - cause those are the (...) (21 years ago, 11-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.db.brictionary)

Anyway, here are the names that I use in my personal database: Technic Brick Technic Half Beam Technic Half Beam Liftarm Technic Beam Technic Beam Liftarm Technic Beam Liftarm Double-Bent Which (...) (...) Two alternate thoughts (which I'm pretty sure have been mentioned before): 1. Stick with 'liftarm' for the half-width parts, and 'beam' for full-width parts. 2. Use 'liftarm' for parts with crossaxle holes, and 'beam' for parts with only (...) (21 years ago, 5-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, lugnet.db.brictionary)

(...) Well the only problem that I have with that is that I don't think "beam" describes the short ones (1x2, 1x3) as well as "liftarm", (which I agree also isn't the perfect name). They are all basically the same shape, which is what I think led to (...) (21 years ago, 28-Mar-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, lugnet.db.brictionary)

(...) Yes, except that there is still nomeclature confusion elsewhere, some systems use Technic Bricks for the bricks with holes and some systems us Technic Beams, I believe. So I think the rounded designation is helpful. (...) except that the 1x2 (...) (21 years ago, 28-Mar-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, lugnet.db.brictionary)
