  Re: List of Dacta products - 1079?

(...) David, DACTA sets are included in the set library along with all other sets - if 1079 isnt there (as it appears it isnt), it means mo-one else has supplied any information about it. It would be nice if you could supply a picture and any other (...) (21 years ago, 9-Oct-03, to lugnet.dacta)

  List of Dacta products - 1079?

Is there a list of Dacta products like there are of normal Lego products. I obtained 1079 a puzzle with pictures of elephants, tigers & bears and would like to know more about it. Thanks, David (21 years ago, 9-Oct-03, to lugnet.dacta)

  Re: The right picture?

(...) Well, I don't know, but it looks like the older version. (...) manage a website (I've tried), but maybe Lugnet could add a second listing, like 9293_1 and 9293_2, _2 being the one with the three-wheeled bikes. (trikes) ...Just a suggestion... (...) (22 years ago, 15-May-03, to lugnet.dacta)

  The right picture?

Hi all, I'd like to know if Pitsco and Moore Educational are *still* selling the "older" version of set #9293, featuring the old type of bikes: (URL) the image, which is the same at Moore, I'd say they are. BUT I've only recently noticed that LEGO (...) (22 years ago, 6-Apr-03, to lugnet.dacta)

  Dacta scans

Hi, Anyone seen these before: (URL) (January 2003 update)? Any more info (esp. on 9353-9355)? / R / i / c / k / (22 years ago, 3-Feb-03, to lugnet.dacta, lugnet.general)

  Another Use for Dino Cans

I got the 2003 Pitsco catalog yesterday and got chuckle for the use of the dino cans for the "eLab Green Car" set. See (URL) looks like they have some new parts packs, so it would be worth getting a copy of the catalog. (22 years ago, 9-Jan-03, to lugnet.dacta)

  Re: Old copies of RoboLab

Mark It also sounds to me as if you have the old Control Lab interface boxes. While we stopped producing the Control Lab software a few years ago, you can use the newest version of RoboLab to program these interfaces. You can purchase a copy from (...) (22 years ago, 17-Oct-02, to lugnet.dacta)

  Re: Old copies of RoboLab

(...) Are you talking about the "Control Lab" system? The one with eight (!) inputs and eight (!!) outputs? I've got the Macintosh software, somewhere. If LEGO says it is "obsolete", would they mind if someone made a copy of it for you? Otherwise, (...) (22 years ago, 9-Oct-02, to lugnet.dacta)

  Old copies of RoboLab

I have "inherited" 9 Dacta Sets from our local FE college. They are now upgrading the lab and installing new Mindstorm sets. So I have all this lego and 9 control units. Unfortunately ALL of the original Robolab software was "destroyed" long ago. I (...) (22 years ago, 9-Oct-02, to lugnet.dacta)

  Re: Robolab 2.5.0 -> 2.5.1 ???

Mike, As recommended by others in this thread I contacted Lego Dacta and they sent me (free of charge) a CD-ROM with the 2.5.1 upgrade on it. This can only be applied to an installed copy of 2.5.0. I have not found the 2.5.1 upgrade anywhere on the (...) (22 years ago, 3-Oct-02, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.robolab, lugnet.dacta)
