(...) than (...) And? :-) Start with a 2x2 System brick. A Duplo 2x2 brick is 8 times bigger (volumetrically) than System and a Primo 2x2 is 8 times bigger than the Duplo, right? (...) I suspect you have to go foam-primo-duplo-system which adds a few layers. Wait! CAN you plug a primo into the bottom of a duplo?
