I disagree with most of this letter. Yes, it makes sorting harder. Yes, The Lego
Group underestimated how upset some people would be (as I was!).
But assuming your focus group work on colours was valid, neither of the above
reasons is good enough to change the new colours back.
The new greys will NOT change my buying behaviour (up to US$3000 a year - for
me, my child and our friends' children). What does affect my buying behaviour is
the great new Designer sets (me) and attractive good value-for-money new Duplo
sets (sets I buy for children).
