Hi Jake,
could you please ask your colleagues to provide lego numbers? I couldn't
decode few of the colors on the LEGO list...

I assume color 5, Brick Yellow (Tan in Peeron terminology)

Nougat, color 18, looks totally improbable to me.
I suspect
38 - Dark Orange (DkOrange)
12 - Light Orange Brown (EarthOrange)

I assume 42, Tr. Lg Blue (TrLtBlue)
> • Light Stone Grey¬
> • Stone Grey¬
These are probably
208 - light stone grey (LtStone)
194 - medium stone grey (MdStone)
