I thought as a matter of interest just what colour my wifes latest MOC
actually is ?

Some say new grey, others; old grey. The centre certainly was new brown, but
that is debateable.

I know first hand a fair bit of EC went into this MOC and unfortunately the
pic does not realy do it justice. Those who saw it first hand know the true
depth of it.

The question still stands, what colour has been most accuratley portrayed in
the interperatation ?

Definitely Dark Bley. I did a side by side part/part/cake comparison.
This colour did not seem to affect consumer activity at the event.
At a kids party a few years ago, the mother had made a grey whale cake in a sea
of blue jelly. The trans-blue jelly was eagerly consumed while leaving the grey
whale beached and decaying in the sun.
So maybe we need a Coke/Pepsi side by side comparison.
