#4512 - parts never changed to blay
#4511 - parts changed in June 2005 to blay
#4515 - parts changed in November 2005 to blay
#4519 - parts changed in January 2006 to blay

#4531 - parts never changed to blay

It sucks.  That pretty much sums it up.  I guess I won't run out and buy that
when I see it, and thanks for the info on track changes too - there isn't much
new Lego that I find myself wanted to get anymore.
