My initial reaction was, oh well, its going to take a while to get enough kinds
of parts in the new colors before I can plan MOCs using them.
That turns out to be the case. I don't have enough parts yet.
The downside, as far as buying sets, is I'm still so far short of what I
consider to be enough parts, I haven't planned any MOCs yet using the new
colors, and thus I'm not buying sets to try and acquire the parts I need (not
because of quantity of any one part, but because of lack of different kinds of
parts). The upshot of that is that I don't think I've bought as many sets as I
would have year on year. Its going to be quite a while before all the different
kinds of parts will show up in new colors, so it'll be a long wait.
But I'm not short of projects and I've got lots of other colors to design with,
so I'm not concerned.
