None. Note however that a polite constructive criticism is a useful thing,
and should not be confused (IMHO) with a "negative reply". Not that Kyle is
saying it is but I would just hate to see things swing all the way to cotton
candyland where no one ever gives feedback to help improve models.
To the other point about rules and structure. I like unstructured orgs.
Until some controversy comes up at which point everyone starts wondering
"ok, now what do we do?" or "who put THEM in charge, I don't agree with that
outcome!"
Not sure that anything can be done about it. I still like unstructured orgs
though!
