They can go back and forth as much as you would like. In FACT, if someone
wanted to ferry passangers from their kingdoms to the Isle, that would be
a pretty cool thing to do :)
But also remember that if a ship was to go back (via water) to your kingdom,
that's a period of seven days. Then back to the Isle - seven more ... so you
need to take that into account when making that decission.
