I count 9 figs:
1)Harry
2)Hogwarts Ghost? (all white or lt.grey fig climbing roof just below Harry)
3)Ron (with reddish hair,leaning out window, just below #2)
4)Dumbledore (with white beard, just below Ron)
5)Hermione? (leaning over balcony railing)
6)Suit of armor (in arched doorway, just below #5)
7)Hagrid (in boat, Creatorfig)
8)Draco Malfoy? (in boat)
9)Snape? (in black, in arched window just above boat)
Some other observations:
The roof some have postulated as being cloth looks more like the plastic
sheeting used in the LOM solar explorer (as if thats any better).
The castle itself looks like it may be a hinged assembly with the picture
showing it in it's open 'mode'.
