  Brown Ladders

Did the brown 13-rung ladder come in any sets other than 6061 Siege Tower? The gray just doesn't seem to look as good as brown in my Castle. SO, I need a couple more of these - and I'll pay handsomely for them ;-) -Mike Ulring (25 years ago, 16-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Question on Tan Peasants

(...) You mean 6062? That is an awful battering ram. 'Twould work on the small door in that set, but it would never work against a real castle's gate. Its too small, and there is no one to operate it! BTW, I did make my own when I was a child, and I (...) (25 years ago, 16-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

(...) Yup, and unfortunately, it is found it 6071 Forestmen's River Crossing, one of the most sought after Castle sets. :( I'll sell you one(1) of mine for... One Million Dollars!! ;) Jeff 1 - I would have three, but one broke when a ceiling (...) (25 years ago, 16-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Question on Tan Peasants

(...) Hmm... my thought is maybe a "good" battering ram would encourage the pieces to get broken? With the one in 6062, you'd have to actually push with your fingers to break a piece, but if you made a sturdy wheeled battering ram and rolled it (...) (25 years ago, 16-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

Re: what is everyons favorite castle headpiece?

(...) The Bat helmets are pretty cool if you cut off the bat wings with an x-acto knife! This way they make a great barbarian's helmet! The Original "I,m not PLAYING, I'm CREATING!" Bill (25 years ago, 17-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Gold/Silver Fig Crest? (was Re: what is everyons favorite castle headpiece?)

(...) I can't remember my castle figs too well now - they are in storage :( (...) That's right, I forgot that the android figs - the red ones in Spyrius/Unitron and the white ones in Exploriens - and the alien figs have gold/silver prints, but then (...)   Re: More 2000 TRU Prices

(...) Hmmm... I don't see the little cart on page 16 of the catalog listed! Polybag maybe? Just a random thing and not a set? Perhaps it's not available at TRU in January? DaveE (25 years ago, 17-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: More 2000 TRU Prices

Can you find out the MTT price and other SW sets? (25 years ago, 17-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: More 2000 TRU Prices

(...) Wow - I never noticed it. It's too big to be a polybag set though. I wonder if they're going to do another Valuepack??? Looks like a black treasure chest which would be cool. Dan M. (25 years ago, 17-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: More 2000 TRU Prices

(...) These *just* appeared in the computer system. I'd guess the Soccer sets will appear about mid-March, and the Star Wars sets and Adventurers, etc., will appear in mid-May. Jeff (25 years ago, 17-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general)

  Re: Question on Tan Peasants

(...) I never said it was a bad set, on the contrary, I love it. I wish I had a couple copies of it. I just think the *battering ram* in the set is awful. Jeff "To eat, or not to eat.   Re: Gold/Silver Fig Crest? (was Re: what is everyons favorite castle headpiece?)

(...) Yes youre right, both gold and silver are used on the Ninja's, I only have three ninja figures (not my specialty), but I had a look and one has gold and two have silver detailing. Rachel :-) (25 years ago, 18-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: 1680

(...) Since I know my 1877 is still in it's box, I'm going to dig it out this weekend if I can find it easily.. for some reason I remember putting a fig in the "undercarriage" of the set, and it had to have come from the set because around that time (...)
