Hey, does anybody out there even care about the rock raiders?  I mean the last

Raider system of Books games and toys was worth it, because TLG has killed off
systems (Pirate, Wild West, Etc..) that were way more popular than this.  Go
to your local toy retailer, and look what you find.... Lots of Rock Raiders
sitting on the shelves.  Maybe the kids like them, but they aren't buying
them.  Jon

True.  Every set has too many specialty pieces, and they can't be easily
integrated into other themes.  Plus, the price:piece ratio is too expensive.
I'd buy a few of the sets, IF they went on extreme clearance.  Of course, that
would only be for a very select few pieces, namely the brown chains, two-piece
rocks, some of the tools,  the gray bricks, "brickonium", and rock monsters.
All of these would be well integrated into the castle theme.  A mountain
dwelling rock monster clan...there's possibilities there, methinks.
