(...) [ahem] . . . WIZARDS!!! :-) (...) No, actually, IIRC (from *reading* about it, not from firsthand experience) :-P spectacles were invented in the Late Dark Ages/Early Rennaisance. (...) I've made a standing offer of $10 each for Yellow or Red Tudor-style walls before. Never taken it back, either. (25 years ago, 6-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: My personal FOTW

(...) Lego outlet stores are great stores that are directly affiliated with TLC. Some of them (maybe all?) have very cool large scale models, as one would see in legoland, (1) and display cases that you don't see everyday. Often they have older, (...) Hold onto them! :) These much-sought-after Tudor-style (half-timbered) wall pieces go for as much as $10 apiece on eBay. -- Paul Davidson, aka Tinman www.theforce.net | Your Daily Dose of Star Wars www.filmforce.net | Your Daily Dose of Film News (...) (25 years ago, 5-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Mystery Castle Piece

Hello there, this is my first message so I hope i'm doing this right! I need help - I have a castle wall piece (like the grey or black pieces) but this is yellow, with black lines up and down it.   Some silly uses for all those extra treasure chests

Someone was complaining recently about excess treasure chests and no use for them. Personally I don't have enough (4 brown ones, 2 black and 1 trans pink). However, I'm sick right now and can't think straight (so I can't do my homework) but I tried (...) (25 years ago, 5-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: My personal FOTW

(...) I didn't think they were anything special. I ordered 5 packs of them a year or so ago from the shop in MOA. In fact, I didn't know they were FK until I got them, then I just left them in the bag they came in. (25 years ago, 5-Mar-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.castle)

  Announcing: LUGknight

Maybe someone else has done this already, but I decided to apply the little LUGNET membership decals and I made LUGknight. (classic style) (URL) doesn't have a web page or even a horse yet. -Erik (25 years ago, 5-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)

(...) it's a bit weird when the 2nd or 3rd question is "are you male" it was more sounding like a dating survey than anything lego or castley :) I'll find the survey and respond in a bit :) (25 years ago, 5-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)
